Born in Syracuse New York. I started lifting weights at 7 years old. I never knew one day it would lead to something great in my life. Stepping into a gym as a kid shaped my whole future in a positive direction you can do it to.

I believe that every individual has the potential to live a fulfilling and purposeful life. If you just believe in yourself, work hard and never give up on yourself you can be and do whatever you put your mind to.
